Two inches of bubble on every face. Go 1/2" for heavier pieces and anti-static for anything with a board in it.
Insulated liner inside a corrugated box, foil mailer for one- or two-day transit. Add gel packs to hold temperature.
Honeycomb paper replaces bubble one-for-one and goes in the customer's paper bin. Water-activated tape keeps the box all-paper.
